Co-founder dedicated to creating age-appropriate wellness programs. Alice focuses on designing engaging workshops that resonate with students and help them develop practical skills for daily life.
GROW was created by students, for students. We saw that many kids weren't being taught the basic habits needed for long-term health and wellbeing. We wanted to change that by providing relatable, peer-led education on sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.
